Welcome to White Sand Harbour!
White Sand Harbour is a hidden gem in Virginia’s Northern Neck, where the Potomac River meets the Chesapeake Bay.
Our community is home to members who cherish the natural beauty and tranquility of this special place. Nestled among pine forests and bordered by Cubitt Creek, our community also includes Lowe's Pond as well as two private boat ramps connected to the creek and pond.
We take great pride in our well-maintained amenities, foremost of which is our beautiful sandy beach—one of the largest in the area, and which is private for our POA members' exclusive use. Our efforts to preserve and care for it ensure that it remains a cherished space for generations to come.
The surrounding forest, River, Creek and Pond are all teeming with life, from turkeys, frogs, perch, oysters and turtles to herons and otters. Blue crabs are a local favorite, adding to the rich biodiversity that makes White Sand Harbour so special.
Beyond the natural beauty, White Sand Harbour is a place where community thrives. From tennis courts to a campground and a variety of social events, there’s always something to bring neighbors together.
